Horticulturalist/Landscape Team Leader

Due to an increase in the Company activities, an opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable, focused and motivated individual to fill the role of Horticulturalist/Landscape Team Leader within our Team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Presentation and delivery of Landscape projects

  • Programming of maintenance for projects

  • Management of horticultural elements of the company

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualification in Horticulture and Landscape

  • Genuine keen interest in Horticulture and Landscape Maintenance of both smaller and larger scale landscape works

  • Current valid MR Driver’s Licence or willingness to obtain

  • Professional attitude

  • Reliable and can follow instructions well.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to lead a team

  • Operating skills for plant equipment

Desirable:

  • HR licence is a definite advantage

 Essential Requirements:

  • Must have final trim experience in excavator and track loader.

  • Experience in detail & finish work.

Desirable Criteria:

• Current HC or HR licence is a definite advantage.

• Experience with laser grading an advantage.

• Tractor and implement experience an advantage.

• Commercial landscape experience an advantage.

• Experience in survey & set out an advantage.

• Rate will be commensurate with experience and skill.
